First Week of Work

I officially finished my first week at work. I am exhausted but a good exhaustion.
It really like the people I work they are so nice and very supportive. My new boss is great and she is even giving me a box of dishes and silverware. I truly believe that Southern Hospitality lives on in the South. I really have not meet one person that was rude. The more I think about this move the more I know this was the next path that God had in store for me and Dave. Life is simple here but exciting at the same time. I love it and I know Dave will too. I am going to grow so much in my new job.

Today Dave is in Anchorage for the Guard. I am so proud of him. I am excited for him to join the National Guard here. The NC guard is in Iraq right now so if Dave joins the NC Guard now he probably won't get deployed for a couple of more years. AKNG is deploying in 2012 so he is getting out of there right in time to not be deployed.
Which makes me happy but not the Army wife part of me not happy because I know that the solider wants to go to war. Hopefully my solider will stay in country for a long time.
